The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with Taksim Square just a stone's throw away. Despite the run-down neighborhood nearby, the hostel itself is a nice building. the room was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable, with towels and shampoo provided in the bathroom. the hotelier was kind and accommodating.
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was in quite a bad state, with many poor people living in bedraggled houses.

Very spacious room in a convenient location, and very friendly and helpful staff.
It was pretty noisy outside the hotel at night (easily solved with earplugs).

The room was fantastic! Exactly like the pictures online. It was clean and extremely comfortable. the hotelier was also very kind and welcoming. the location was great, just a short walk to the heart of the city and all the main attractions. Plus, having only one room per floor made it a very private and peaceful stay.
The neighborhood may not be the best- many homes next door were in a poor state. this was not an issue as the hotel itself was very nice and well maintained.

No elevator, no services, and location is very very very bad! In dirty old area, and as a taxi man told me its dangerous area where u can find drug dealers!

The hotel was quite clean. And the location near Taksim square was great.
The place near hotel looked not safe.

I like the cleaness of the hotel. Mainly the location of the hotel is good but where hotel is located is realy not safe at night. It is just 10min walk to the Taksim Square.

The room was fantastic, just like the pictures! It was very clean and comfortable, with a clean bathroom that had towels and even shampoo. Plus, the hotelier was really kind and helpful. The location was great too, as it was close to the main square and other key attractions.
The neighborhood wasn't the best. It seemed quite run down, with bedraggled houses and a lot of impoverished people.

The room is wide and comfortable.
It is true that Mio Suites is at short distance to Taksim centre area, but consider that the alley is in a context of deterioration and poverty , also very badly illuminated at night. Maybe for its context, doors to balcons have iron gates , with padlock. During day time you hear people and children shouting in the alley.Mio Suites does not have lift. Do not consider to have breakfast here , because breakfast comes from a restaurant in the vicinity; so you have to let the reception know the day before the precise time you would like to have your breakfast , with no possible variation the morning after.

Very nice staff! The best I ever had in a hotel! The room was cleaned (very good) every day.
The only little remark is: the badroom-door is made of glass. If you are not a couple, it could be a strange situation.

Very good friendly service in perfect english! Clean room and a good shower. I ll stay there again next time. The street seemed dodgy at first sight, but was perfectly safe even for a femail single traveller at 11 at night. Gokhan - thanks a lot for your friendliness! The location is also perfect - 5 minutes away from the buzzing Taksim square. I liked it more than the other 6 times more expensive hotel nearby where i stayed too!

Very clean and comfortable room - super nice decoration. Just a short walk from Istiklal and Taksim Square.
It was a little tough to find in a taxi, and the neighborhood is a little grungier than just across the street, but very nice for a short stay.
